I have a question about 301 redirection

I want to redirect one of my sub domains url1.example.com to test1.example1.com and another sub domain url2.example.com to test2.example.com. Is there any way?

You can setup redirects in the cPanel as long as the subdomain is created.

Please try below code on your htaccess file and check once again:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example.com[nc]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://demo1.example.com/$1 [r=301,nc]

Also, you can redirect URL via cPanel's Rredirects feature, please refer below doc for more info on this.
